Would you like to be more involved in Renewables O&M networks or forums but are just not interested in attending a talking shop, being sold to as part of a captive audience or being charged the earth?
Could you or your operations team benefit from sharing experience and knowledge of the latest Value Improvement tools and techniques designed to address the tactical challenges of Renewables O&M, by identifying systemic problems, removing avoidable cost and optimising output?
Wouldn’t it also be good if each Network meeting included a training session that contributed to your Continuing Professional Development – CPD Hours?
This summer, TVC Renewables will be hosting two kick-off workshops to discuss the main aim of the proposed Network and explain how through utilising Lean and Value Improvement techniques, pooling knowledge and developing best practise, the renewable power generators can be more successful in optimising yield and delivering lower Cost of Electricity.
The workshops will be facilitated by Doug Fellows and Pete Williams who have spent over 10 years designing and implementing O&M improvement strategies and efficiency approaches. They believe that this is just the start of the journey!
You are invited to help shape this Network from the outset, ensuring it will deliver exactly what is needed in the right way to motivate you and your peers to be involved, contribute, educate and improve.
Both sessions are free and will be held at the DeVere Four Pillars Hotel, Lake 6, South Cerney, GL7 5FP. Refreshments will be provided.
Our promise – there will be no exhibitors or stands and no sales pitches – that is to say that we want people to participate in these sessions without being sold to.
To join the session please register you interest.
